From inspection to return.

Tell us about the material and finishing you need. Uncertain items are assessed case by case, and strictly dry-clean-only clothing is not accepted.

1. Inspection

   Discuss the fabric, care label, item condition and the service you need.

2. Sorting

   Sort items before cleaning and finishing.

3. Cleaning & finishing

   Carry out the agreed service, with turnaround appropriate to that service.

4. Quality check

   Check the finished work before packing.

5. Packing

   Prepare the items for return.

6. Delivery

   Confirm return arrangements. Mixed-service orders normally return together on the longest applicable turnaround; delays will be communicated.

Our collection centre welcomes walk-ins Monday–Sunday, 9 AM–6 PM. Pay on delivery by UPI or cash.
