How long will my cleaning take?
Steam Ironing: within 24 hours. Wash and Fold: within 2 days. Wash and Iron: within 3 days. Bags: within 3 days. Carpets, rugs and shoes: within 4 days. Mixed-service orders normally return together on the longest applicable turnaround. We will inform you of delivery delays.
Is pickup and drop free?
Free pickup and drop for orders of ₹300 or more before GST. Below ₹300, ₹10/km applies to pickup and drop journeys. Confirm coverage and distance charges on WhatsApp.
Can I choose per-piece or per-kilogram pricing?
Yes, where both rates are published. Regular garments with Wash and Fold are ₹80/kg or ₹23/piece; Wash and Iron is ₹95/kg or ₹28/piece. GST extra as applicable. Choose your preference for each applicable service in your enquiry.
Can I request express cleaning?
Express is approved case by case for eligible garment washing, curtains and bedding, at 50% above the standard service price. Carpets, shoes, blankets and other thick or slow-drying materials are ineligible. Confirm eligibility and timing on WhatsApp; there is no universal express turnaround.
Do you clean sofas at home?
We accept removable Sofa Covers, cushion covers and table covers. Sofa cleaning is not offered.
Do you accept dry-clean-only clothing?
Clothes requiring strictly dry cleaning are not accepted. For uncertain fabrics or care labels, send a photograph on WhatsApp before confirming the service.
