How do the four weight bands work?
The published kilogram rate depends on the carpet or rug's weight band. These are the four bands as listed; weighing, rounding, ties and minimum quantities are handled case by case, so this page does not calculate a guessed total.

Ask Washing Ton to confirm the applicable rate before proceeding. The published ranges do not define a rounding rule or automatic treatment of boundary weights, and approximate weight alone does not settle the price.
Which photos should I share?
Send an overview of the whole carpet or rug, a closer view of the material and any available care label. Describe material uncertainty and item concerns so they can be assessed before confirming.

No, carpets and other thick or slow-drying items are ineligible for express. The standard carpet and rug turnaround is within 4 days; confirm arrangements before planning around a return date.
What happens in a mixed order?
Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround. If you also include garments or household textiles, discuss return arrangements rather than assuming each item will arrive separately.
How do I arrange pickup?
Share your locality, item types and approximate quantity in the enquiry. Pickup coverage, suitability and charges are confirmed on WhatsApp; a preferred date is a request, not a booking.
Pickup and drop are available across Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar when the order is ₹300 or more before GST. Below ₹300, a distance charge of ₹5/km is calculated from our collection-centre location. Confirm the measured distance and final charge on WhatsApp.
Where kilogram and piece rates both exist, you choose the pricing basis. Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround.
