What is the difference between the three services?
Wash and Fold cleans and folds regular garments. Wash and Iron adds ironing, while Steam Ironing is a finishing service priced by the piece; each has its own standard turnaround.

Can I choose kilogram or piece pricing?
Yes, where both rates are published, you choose. Select your preference for each applicable service in the enquiry; Steam Ironing is priced per piece, and other item groups have their own basis.
Are dry-clean-only clothes accepted?
No, clothes requiring strictly dry cleaning are not accepted. For an uncertain or delicate material, disclose the fabric, care-label instructions and concerns, then attach photos in WhatsApp before confirming.

Where kilogram and piece rates both exist, you choose the pricing basis. Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround. Steam Ironing, washing and other item services retain the standard timing listed for each service; separate-return arrangements need discussion.
Can I request express?
Express is approved case by case for eligible garment washing, curtains and bedding, at 50% above the standard service price. Carpets, shoes, blankets and other thick or slow-drying materials are ineligible. Confirm eligibility and timing on WhatsApp; there is no universal express turnaround.

Share your locality, item types and approximate quantity in the enquiry. Pickup coverage, suitability and charges are confirmed on WhatsApp; a preferred date is a request, not a booking.
Pickup and drop are available across Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar when the order is ₹300 or more before GST. Below ₹300, a distance charge of ₹5/km is calculated from our collection-centre location. Confirm the measured distance and final charge on WhatsApp.
