What does each item cost?
School and laptop bags share one price, and luggage and rucksack bags share another. Shoes are a separate service with a longer standard turnaround and specific material exclusions.

Which shoes are excluded?
Leather, suede and vinyl shoes are excluded. If you are unsure about the material, send a photograph and discuss it before confirming; do not assume an unlabelled shoe is eligible.
Shoes are ineligible for express service. Use the published standard timing and confirm return arrangements.
What about uncertain bag materials?
Share the bag type, material concerns and any available care label in WhatsApp. School/laptop bags and luggage/rucksacks are the published item groups; other suitability questions are handled case by case.
Cleaning does not include an assumed repair, restoration, polish, deodorisation, disinfection or stain-removal guarantee.

Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround. Shoes and bags have different standard timing, so discuss the combined return and any separate-return request rather than assuming separate deliveries.

Share your locality, item types and approximate quantity in the enquiry. Pickup coverage, suitability and charges are confirmed on WhatsApp; a preferred date is a request, not a booking.
Pickup and drop are available across Aurangabad / Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar when the order is ₹300 or more before GST. Below ₹300, a distance charge of ₹5/km is calculated from our collection-centre location. Confirm the measured distance and final charge on WhatsApp.
Where kilogram and piece rates both exist, you choose the pricing basis. Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround.
