    Confirm suitability, charges and arrangements on WhatsApp. A preferred date is a request.

  3. Receive. Check. Pay.

    Mixed orders normally return on the longest turnaround. Pay on delivery by UPI or cash.

Selected retail prices. GST extra as applicable. Carpet rates depend on the weight band; weighing questions are assessed case by case.

Before you arrange pickup

  • GST extra as applicable. Payment on delivery by UPI or cash.
  • Free pickup and drop for orders of ₹300 or more before GST. Below ₹300, ₹10/km applies to pickup and drop journeys. Confirm coverage and distance charges on WhatsApp.
  • Where kilogram and piece rates both exist, you choose the pricing basis. Mixed-service orders normally return together according to the longest applicable turnaround.
  • Preferred pickup dates are requests, not confirmed bookings. We will inform you of delivery delays.

Need express service?

Express is approved case by case for eligible garment washing, curtains and bedding, at 50% above the standard service price. Carpets, shoes, blankets and other thick or slow-drying materials are ineligible. Confirm eligibility and timing on WhatsApp; there is no universal express turnaround.
